Customer Success and Support Agent

The Customer Success and Support Agent (CSSA) advocates for solutions provided by techiest and offers basic support remotely or in-person.

This position uses marketing tools, like HubSpot, along with email and phone calls to reach out to potential customers. They try to be as helpful as possible and provide information and answer questions about techiest solutions. The CSSA will help transition potential customers to customers through email quotes, follow up emails and calls. They will help match customers to solutions and champion for the customer as part of the sales and onboarding process.

The CSSA also provides basic (Level 1) support for customers IT environment via email, phone or in-person visits. They may perform equipment installation and follow repair or preventative maintenance guides for laptops, desktops and related software....
